Customer Reviews
Saarland-Ticket purchase worked out well
Needed a Saarland-Ticket for a quick trip last weekend. The site was easy enough to navigate, found the deal quickly. The payment process was straightforward; I didn't have any 7-digit mCoupons or 8-digit eCoupons but it wasn't an issue. Saved a good 27% compared to buying individual tickets. No delays on my journey so no need to figure out 'Was passiert bei Zugverspätung mit meinem Ticket?'.
Easy booking, small snag
Booking an ICE Fahrkarte for my trip from Berlin to Hamburg was really straightforward on the bahn.de website. The process was quick, and I even managed to add a Sitzplatzreservierung without any hassle. The train itself was clean and on time, which was great. My only minor issue was finding the right platform at the station, the signs could be a bit clearer, but that's not really the online store's fault. Overall, a good experience.
Quick ticket purchase
Needed an IC Fahrkarte last minute. The website was fast. Got my ticket in minutes. Train left on time. No problems at all.
Good value for Flexpreis
I was looking for the best deal for a flexible ticket for my trip to Munich. The Flexpreis ticket through bahn.de was a bit more than a Sparpreis, but it gave me the freedom I needed. I compared it with FlixBus and the train was definitely worth the extra cost for the speed and comfort. I felt like I got good value for my money.
Smooth trip, good service
I purchased a Quer-durchs-Land-Ticket for a day trip with friends. The booking process on bahn.de was pretty simple; I found the right ticket quickly. Delivery was instant since it was an e-ticket, which made things easy. We had a question about changing our route on the day of travel, so I called customer service, and they were quite helpful, explaining our options clearly. The train ride itself was comfortable, and we had no issues with delays. The ticket allowed us to explore multiple cities, and the flexibility was really convenient. I'd definitely use this ticket again for group travel.
Got my BahnCard 50
So I finally decided to get a BahnCard 50. Figured it would save me some cash in the long run since I travel a fair bit. The whole thing on the bahn.de site was pretty easy to navigate, didn't get lost or anything. Just put in my info, paid up, and got the digital card in the app. No fuss, really. Used it on my first trip last week and got a nice discount. Feels good to save some money.

Hey guys, planning a trip to Germany this summer. Is it true that kids ride free with an adult on Deutsche Bahn? Trying to figure out the best ticket for my family.
Quick question about those DB coupons, the 8-digit ones. Where do you actually put them in when you're buying a ticket online? Can't seem to find the spot.
